Job Title: Behavioral Therapist - Residential Treatment

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

Company Overview: As a leading provider of evidence-based treatment programs, we offer therapeutic interventions in a warm and welcoming environment. With PHP and IOP tracks in Tennessee and Georgia, we have expanded our services to include residential treatment, enabling us to assist a broader range of clients in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for clients in the milieu
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with staff and work as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Provide observations of clients on the unit

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of experience working with clients with primary mental health diagnoses
• A degree in psychology or related field (preferred)
• Valid Tennessee licensure (LPC, LMSW, LCSW) (preferred)

Essential Job Functions: As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for facilitating group therapy sessions, completing documentation, collaborating with staff, and providing observations of clients on the unit.
