About the Role

We are looking for a Home Health Nurse for Children who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, and to develop your skills and expertise in pediatric home health care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
Requirements
  • Valid license to practice as a LVN or RN in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients in a home health setting (preferred but not required)
