About the Role

As a Mental Health Technician, you will work directly with our residents who are living with diverse emotional and behavioral needs to help carry out individual service plans that are tailored to help residents stabilize and integrate back into their community.

Responsibilities
  • Assist other Northwest Transitions staff and residents in all aspects of daily living, using these as opportunities to help residents learn and work towards independency in their communities.
  • Communicate effectively with all program staff to assure all aspects of program are implemented.
  • Distribute medications, making sure appropriate documentation is completed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Possess personal aptitude and life experience which demonstrates the ability to provide effective community support and emergency mental health service.
