Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with U-Haul products and services, providing solutions to their needs and concerns.
  • Use technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Answer questions and educate customers on products and services, promoting U-Haul's offerings.
  • Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Install hitches and trailer wiring, and fill propane tanks, as needed.
  • Drive a forklift, as required, and participate in ongoing training and education.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with moderate risks and discomforts. You will be required to use protective gear and equipment, and work in a variety of settings, including indoors and outdoors.

Physical Demands
