We are seeking dedicated and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our Weekend Warrior Program at ExcelCare At the Pines.

Job Summary

The Weekend Warrior Program is designed to provide exceptional care to our residents on weekends. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our nursing staff, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing fluids and nourishment throughout scheduled shifts.
  • Help residents with personal hygiene and maintain a clean and tidy living environment.
  • Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
  • Document resident food and fluid intake.
  • Assist residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
  • Transport residents within the facility.
  • Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
  • Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all residents and facility data.
Requirements
  • CNA: 1 year of experience (preferred), CNA license (required).
  • LPN or RN: 1 year of experience (preferred), RN/LPN license (required).
