Responsibilities- Design and develop computer software solutions that meet user experience and human factors requirements.
- Conduct feasibility analysis, problem definition, requirements development, and solution development.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by creating documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
- Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Follow the software development lifecycle to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Apply Agile Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies to ensure efficient and iterative development processes.
- Design and develop solutions to be hosted in the cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure), ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Utilize database solutions such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Oracle.
- Proven experience in software design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Strong background in systems analysis and requirements development.
- Proficiency in using modern programming languages and tools, including Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.

Senior-level: Minimum of 15 years' experience with bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Systems or related field. Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or Business Administration. 5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree. Master's degree or MBA in related field may be substituted for bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience. PhD in related field may be substituted for bachelor's degree and 7 years' experience.
