Arboriculture Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Arborist to join our team at Branch Tree Service, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in arboriculture, with expertise in tree care, pruning, removals, worksite safety, and equipment operation. As a certified Arborist, you will be responsible for leading by example, ensuring the completion of work tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

You will be expected to operate trucks and equipment safely and efficiently, perform daily and weekly fleet service needs, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in tree care, including climbing, pruning, removals, and worksite safety.
• Experience in tree and shrub identification, pest management, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
• Ability to recognize signs of tree hazards and understand root fertilization principles.
• Valid Chauffeur's License or CDL-A, DOT Health Card, and State of Michigan Category B Pesticide Certification.
• Hazardous Tree Evaluation Certification.

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
