Position Overview:
All Star Healthcare Solutions is looking for a dedicated and empathetic BC/BE (Board Certified/Board Eligible) Physician with a focus on Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatrics. This role offers a unique blend of office-based care and home visits, specifically designed for senior patients.
Primary Duties:
- Conduct thorough office consultations and evaluations.
- Provide house calls, delivering extensive medical care directly to elderly patients.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule, with 70-80% of time allocated to in-person visits and 20-30% for virtual and administrative responsibilities.
- Manage an average of 6-7 patients per day during house visit assignments, ensuring individualized care and attention.
- Collaborate with a clinician-led organization focused on enhancing healthcare delivery for seniors.
- Contribute to the expansion and improvement of our practice, utilizing your expertise in geriatric medicine.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- A strong dedication to serving the senior demographic with compassion and dignity.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering rapport with patients and their families.
- Proven capability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
- Possession of a California medical license or eligibility for licensure in the state.
- DEA certification is required.
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support) is necessary.
