**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Applied Behavior Analyst Assistant to join our team at GPAC. As an Applied Behavior Analyst Assistant, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior reduction protocols and clinical skills instruction in home, community, and school settings.

**Estimated Salary:**

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $20-$23, commensurate with experience and qualifications. GPAC is committed to providing a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior reduction protocols and clinical skills instruction based on ABA principles
  • Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress
  • Assist with assessments and parental training under BCBA supervision

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field optional
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and required software
  • Experience working with children in a professional setting
