Nursing Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform delegated routine and predictable patient care tasks and duties under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Conduct EKGs, vital signs, and basic patient care
  • Transport patients as needed
  • Respond appropriately to patients and families with knowledge of age-specific needs
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program or Nursing Assistant program
  • Completion of 2nd semester of an accredited Nursing Program or HHA with 1-2 years of experience
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association and California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience as a Nurse Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant in a hospital or post-acute environment
