Job SummaryWe seek a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent consultative and diagnostic skills, and experience in gastroenterology.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medical assistance to patients in a hospital setting, receiving training and direction from practice physicians.
- Complete inpatient hospital coverage and rounds at the hospital.
- Accurately provide and counsel patients with information for medical treatment or procedures.
- Dictate for hospital consults performed.
- Master of Medical Science, Physician Assistant or Master of Science in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner required, adult or acute care Nurse Practitioner.
- GI experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be computer literate and able to operate Practice Management software and multiple Microsoft Office applications.
