We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Agent to join our team at Ameristar Casino Hotel Council Bluffs. As a Surveillance Agent, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of our casino operations.

• Observe casino floor for suspicious activity, such as theft or cheating, and take appropriate action to protect assets.
• Perform daily audits of all areas of casino operations, including shuffle machine audits, pit rating audits, and ball drop audits, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Write detailed reports of all observations and log all communications, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate from Educational Institute preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
