About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, providing expert advice and recommendations
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and customer service skills
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and expectations
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the store
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
