Overview

As a Clinical Supervisor RN in our Behavioral Health department, you will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and implementing patient care operations. You will serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional care. Your expertise will be valued as you assume managerial duties delegated by a manager, ensuring seamless operations and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of patient care operations
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to staff and patients
  • Assume managerial duties delegated by a manager
  • Ensure seamless operations and patient satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
  • Two or three years experience in patient care
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification through the American Heart Association
  • BS degree in nursing management or healthcare business-related field preferred
  • Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
