- Attendance and Availability: Attend all scheduled shifts to ensure adequate coverage and meet company objectives.
- Retail and Sales Experience: Retail and/or previous sales experience preferred.
- Customer Service Skills: Superior customer service skills and a passion for the customer experience.
- Multi-Tasking and Adaptability: Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Age and Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods of time (exceeding 30 minutes).
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
