Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide premier customer service, including greeting customers and responding to their needs
  • Assist customers at the registers and answer questions about products
  • Work in various departments of the store, including the sales floor, stock room, and dairy coolers
  • Ensure product is rotated, within date, and properly displayed on shelves according to the planogram
  • Unload product from trucks and organize the stock room
  • Fill assigned sections as needed and assist with replenishing all departments
  • Clean cases and shelves, mop and sweep the sales floor, stock room, and dairy coolers
  • Operate back room equipment, pallet jack, baler, compactor, and scrub machine
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of six months experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to follow company customer service procedures
  • Demonstrated prior customer service skills or related experience
  • Ability to interact with customers and coworkers
  • Ability to understand and follow directions
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
