Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Multifamily Maintenance Professional to join our team at Grand Peaks Property. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to market-ready status and service requests are completed in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. If you are a motivated individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

Estimated Salary: $20/hourly

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the condition of apartment items to restore them to market-ready status.
  • Complete service requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Change A/C filters and service HVAC (if certified).
  • Assist with vacant apartment trash-outs and maintain grounds cleanliness.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in maintenance and storage areas.
