Job Description

As a Medicare Specialist at Fidelity Investments, you will be responsible for meeting with customers over the phone to assess their healthcare needs and recommend appropriate Medicare coverage. You will work closely with our customers to understand their individual circumstances and provide personalized recommendations that meet their unique needs.

You will also be responsible for delivering compliant sales presentations that abide by CMS and other applicable regulations, and for enrolling clients in products that are appropriate for their personal situation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A college degree or equivalent experience
  • An active Health Insurance License (preferred but not required)
  • Medicare sales experience (either as a broker or carrier representative)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people seek sophisticated solutions
  • Interest in sales and a real desire to help people find solutions that are right for them
  • Quick learner with an openness to training and feedback
