About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers entering, calling, or emailing the Clerk's Office
- Answer phones and respond to basic questions
- Respond to emails from both internal and external customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Become an active and productive team member

Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of related work experience
- Ability to become familiar with all department functions, policies, procedures, and abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
