Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse.
- ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
