Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team for a travel assignment in Cambridge, Maryland. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of either Registered or Licensed Physical Therapists and use physical treatment procedures to help improve mobility and relieve pain and disability caused by disease or injury.

The successful candidate will have a current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant or be proactively in the process of obtaining it. Key responsibilities will include providing skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist, implementing and modifying the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under supervision, and utilizing various techniques such as massages, electrical stimulation, paraffin baths, hot and cold packs, traction, ultrasound, and other assigned exercises.

Salary and Benefits Details:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include direct deposit, CEU reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, license and medical reimbursement, and housing accommodations.
