We are seeking a skilled Glazing Estimator to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates for our glazing projects, ensuring we provide competitive and accurate bids.

• Review blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services.
• Analyze data to determine material and labor requirements and prepare itemized lists.
• Compute cost factors and prepare estimates used for management purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
• Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project.
• Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments, or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or to effect cost reduction.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Glazing Estimator or in a similar role.
• Proven experience with Commercial Glazing and Glazing Project Management.
• Experience with bullet-resistant, blast, and storm impact glazing is a must.
• Strong knowledge of the manufacturing process, materials, and costs involved.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
