Nurse Practitioner

At Mass General Brigham, we're seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Family Medicine team in Saugus, Massachusetts. This is a fantastic opportunity to work autonomously and as part of a highly collaborative team.
About the RoleWe're looking for a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. As a member of our team, you'll have the chance to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your clinical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality primary and preventative care to patients of all ages, from infants to adults. You'll work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnose common medical conditions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote optimal health and well-being
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.
Requirements- A Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Massachusetts
- Board certification in Family Medicine or related specialty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary range: $125,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience
