Job Description
As a Behavior Technician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis program (ABA), you will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work closely with clinicians and families to develop effective therapy plans that promote positive behavioral changes and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with documentation and billing for ABA services
* Collaborate with clinicians to develop and implement effective therapy plans
* Provide direct support to patients and their families during therapy sessions
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory agencies

Required Skills and Qualifications
* 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field (or student enrolled in a therapy curriculum program)
* Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training preferred
* Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or desire to obtain certification
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
