Job Title: House Supervisor

Arrowhead Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Supervisor to join our team. As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality nursing care for all inpatient units and Assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all facility activities, including admissions, discharges, crisis intervention, seclusion/restraint, and involuntary admission process.
  • Relieve staff for rest or meal breaks and provide assistance with inpatient units and intake assessments as needed.
  • Establish, engage in, and assist with the development of clinical knowledge and skills of the Nursing Staff.
  • Participate in the orientation of new hires and provide oversight during assigned shifts for all hospital operations.
  • Communicate effectively with the AOC and CEO regarding hospital operations and needs.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Minimum two (2) years experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in psychiatric nursing.
  • Knowledge of current nursing procedures, the nursing process, medications, and correct administration.
  • Previous management experience required.
  • Currently licensed in the State of Ohio as an RN, current CPR certification, and CPI certification or obtain certificate in first 30 days of employment.
