Security Officer Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Cynet Systems. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform regular patrols of the property to detect and prevent potential security threats
* Greet and log in all visitors and vendors, ensuring they are authorized to be on site
* Notify appropriate personnel or department of arrival and direct visitors and vendors to their destination
* Enforce company policies and procedures, including emergency response protocols
* Conduct surveillance of locations or areas in need of repair or maintenance
* Collaborate with police officers and emergency response units to prevent crime and respond to emergencies

**Requirements:**

* Current CPR and first aid certifications
* Skilled in responding appropriately to emergency and conflict situations
* Knowledge of site rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* High School diploma or GED
