As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide thorough cleaning and sanitizing of storage units, hallways, restrooms, and other areas of the facility.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the facilities team.

Requirements:
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50lbs assisted or unassisted.
