JAG Physical Therapy, a reputable orthopedic physical therapy company with over 100 facilities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing their healing and recovery. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and their support systems to establish effective plans of care that prioritize patient success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record patient care data in accordance with department policies/procedures and regulatory guidelines.
  • Select and administer tests and measures to inform evaluation results.
  • Formulate diagnoses, goals, prognosis, and plans of care based on synthesized evaluation results.
  • Establish treatment plans collaboratively with patients and their support systems.
  • Provide education/training to patients and their support systems on therapeutic exercises, ADLs/IADLs, and community reintegration strategies.
  • Administer interventions, including musculoskeletal treatments, to patients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree required; Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in.
  • Completed state-regulated CEU requirements.
  • Valid CPR License.
  • Experience/knowledge with EMR software preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong clinical decision-making abilities.
