As a Speech Language Pathologist at Upstate Caring Partners, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a great group of colleagues who share a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing program participants, educating individuals and team members, completing required documentation, communicating with other healthcare professionals on the program participants' IPP/IEP, assisting with departmental maintenance and supplies, participating in Agency activities, assisting in orientation to the department, and assisting with equipment adaptation.

This role requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and completed supervised clinical work. A valid NYS driver's license is also required. You will also need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The salary for this position is approximately $70,015 annually, based on industry standards and location. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes low-cost individual health insurance, dollar-for-dollar retirement match (up to 7%), life insurance, voluntary benefits, and generous paid time off.
