Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at Parkside Health Care Center in Columbiana, OH. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities

* Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
* Measure and record height and weight, intake, and output
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
* Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting
* Help with eating and hydration
* Observe residents' skin and report any changes to licensed nurses
* Meet residents' mental health and social service needs
* Change linens on residents' beds
* Assist with passing out fresh ice water to residents

Requirements

* Must be state-tested and have recent nurse aide training completion certificate
* Previous experience in direct care services preferred
