We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team at United Methodist Communities in Camden County, NJ.
Job SummaryThe LPN will provide professional nursing care to residents while exercising good judgment and respecting confidential matters. Key responsibilities include assisting with medication and treatment administration, notifying physicians of any change in resident health, and providing proper documentation.
Requirements- High School diploma or GED
- Some nursing experience in a related field preferred
- Current New Jersey LPN License
- Assist with medication and treatment administration
- Notify physicians and/or responsible party of any change in resident's health and provides proper documentation
- Monitor certified nursing/medication assistants
- Accurately and promptly transcribe orders into EMR
- Provides nursing care according to physician's orders and in conformance with recognized nursing techniques and procedures, established standards, and policies
