About the RoleAs a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides. You will also organize clinical operations, review requests for services, and determine patient eligibility for home care services. Additionally, you will assist clinicians in establishing patient goals, setting priorities, and developing Plan of Care (POC).
