Transform Lives as an Inpatient/Acute Care Speech-Language Pathologist

As an Inpatient/Acute Care Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll play a vital role in transforming lives by providing evidence-based techniques to patients with stroke, traumatic brain injury, head and neck cancer, and progressive neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Quality Care: Facilitate return home or next level of care for each patient through evidence-based, quality care.
  • Establish Timely Treatment Plans: Develop tailored treatment plans for each patient's specific needs.
  • Build Relationships: Foster positive connections with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital staff.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, case management, nurses, social workers, dietitians, and other team members to ensure best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology
  • Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
