Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for city delivery services.
  • Monitor the hub system and routes for ways to increase efficiency, productivity, and reduce expenses.
  • Communicate recommendations to the store manager and implement changes as needed.
  • Work with the store manager to ensure that all team members assigned to the hub are clocking in and out according to company policy.

You will also be responsible for researching any parts not delivered as scheduled and making necessary billing adjustments. Additionally, you will work with the store manager to ensure that the route is covered in the absence of a regular city delivery specialist and that vehicles are well-maintained and inspected thoroughly and accurately.
