Job Summary

We are currently searching for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Greer, SC location. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide knowledge and offer solutions to our customers, differentiate us from the competition, and give a face to the name of our brand.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales-oriented support to customers
  • Gain a quick and solid understanding of our electronic retail and cross-referencing system
  • Perform phone repair and device repair tasks, including replacing screens, batteries, and other components
  • Assist with key cutting and reprogramming of key fob remotes
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months prior work experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Customer service and sales-oriented with high motivation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
