Culinary Manager Job Description

Lewiston Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Culinary Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily meal operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create a positive and inclusive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of kitchen management experience.
  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • Current Certified Food Manager certificate required.
  • Must be 21+ years old.
