Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery nurse to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing high-quality patient care and will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.

The role will also involve supervision of staff to ensure that appropriate care is delegated and that the facility's CNO is supported in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

The benefits of working with TRA include guaranteed hours for travel contracts, preferred booking agreements for local contracts, weekly pay, holiday pay, and contract security compared to working with an outside agency.

Requirements for the role include a graduate degree in nursing, a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, and current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a nurse.

Our hire process involves qualifying clinicians to meet or exceed the minimum requirements of a travel or local assignment, and we may direct-hire qualified candidates to reduce the time it takes to get them to work.
