Job Title: Director of Cardiovascular Services

Job Summary:

The Director of Cardiovascular Services will oversee all cardiovascular operations, including staff management, policy development, accreditation maintenance, and program budget and productivity oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all cardiovascular operations
  • Manage and mentor staff members
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Ensure and maintain program accreditation
  • Supervise the program's budget and productivity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of seven years in healthcare
  • At least three years in a leadership position
  • Experience in a for-profit hospital is strongly preferred

Requirements:

  • Leadership, program development, budget and productivity management, and clinical experience
  • Strong interpersonal and human relations skills
