Public Accounting Career Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Tax Senior to join our team at Gpac, a reputable search firm specializing in the Public Accounting industry. This exciting role offers a unique blend of experience and expertise in tax preparation, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in public accounting, with a strong background in generalist roles across various industries. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of 1040, 1041, Estates, 1120, 1120S, and 1065 tax returns
  • Experience with CCH Axcess & ProSystems
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3x in-office) for the first 6 months, transitioning to remote after that

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • CPA eligible or pursuing CPA/EAs certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Benefits:

  • $85,000 - $110,000 annual salary, depending on experience
  • Hybrid work arrangement (3x in-office) for the first 6 months
