Job Summary:

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and experience with mammography equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform specialized examinations of the breast to aid in diagnosis and treatment of breast disease.
  • Operate mammographic radiographic equipment and other devices as necessary.
  • Demonstrate ability to perform advanced breast imaging procedures, including stereotactic and MRI biopsies.
  • Provide complex technical care to meet patient needs.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • 4 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist preferred.
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist in Radiography (R) and Mammography (M) - ARRT.
  • BLS certification.
