BrightStar Care of Central Western Riverside County is in search of a dedicated and empathetic caregiver to support our clients during their medical and non-medical appointments. This role involves transporting clients in your vehicle, staying with them throughout their appointments, and assisting with mobility aids such as walkers, wheelchairs, or carts.

Position Overview

We offer flexible work arrangements allowing you to choose from Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem assignments. The starting pay is $15 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. We prioritize your schedule and will accommodate your availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide various personal care services tailored to meet the needs of clients or patients
  • Assist with daily living activities, including feeding, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments
  • Support clients with mobility exercises as outlined in their care plans, documenting any changes to the Director of Nursing

Qualifications

  • At least one year of documented experience in caregiving or home care assistance
  • Professional licensure as applicable: CNA, HHA, LVN, or RN
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Proof of auto insurance
  • California Home Care Aide Registration and LiveScan clearance
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
