  • Logistics Specialist (LS) Roles: Open to candidates without a college degree.

Qualifications and Criteria:

Officer Qualifications: Applicants for Officer roles must hold at least a four-year degree. While degrees in business, science, technology, engineering, and mathematics are favored, they are not strictly necessary. A graduate degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Enlisted Qualifications: To qualify as an Enlisted Sailor in the Logistics Specialist field, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong customer service skills, possess good arithmetic, verbal, and written communication abilities, and show proficiency in recordkeeping.

General Requirements: All applicants must:

  • Be U.S. citizens
  • Be prepared to serve globally
  • Be eligible for sea duty

Eligibility criteria may differ based on current or prior military service experience.
