Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete 3 to 4 service calls per day, providing expert solutions for plumbing repairs, replacements, and maintenance.
  • Educate customers on their plumbing issues and present them with upfront pricing, ensuring transparency and honesty.
  • Offer customers additional preventative services to enhance their plumbing experience.
  • Manage truck inventory and complete required paperwork for each project, including estimates and invoices.
  • Occasionally provide on-call services to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements:
  • Active Plumbing License in the state of New Hampshire.
  • Gas Fitting License preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of plumbing experience.
  • Proficiency in a variety of plumbing services.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Authorization to work in the US.
