Job Description

PDP is seeking highly skilled Project Planners to support multiple projects in the Biotechnology/Life Sciences sector. The ideal candidate will possess advanced planning, scheduling, and project controls expertise.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in project controls and time/schedule management is required, preferably within the Pharma/Biotech or associated sectors.
  • Proven experience in using project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6), Excel, PowerPoint, and Pertmaster.
  • Ability to coordinate/organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as required.
Key Qualifications:
  • ~5-10 years of experience in CAPEX projects with roles in planning/scheduling: preferably in Biotech or Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Significant experience in schedule set up, baselining, monitoring, and controlling on large-scale projects across all phases of EPCmV.
  • Comprehensive understanding of risk and change management.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability in cross-functional environments.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Software systems and packages including Primavera P6.
  • Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good Level in English, written and spoken.
