Job Summary: Lutheran Hospital seeks a skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Critical Care team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a group of experienced intensivists and APPs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: As a critical care APP, you will be responsible for managing critical patients, collaborating with sub-specialists, and contributing to the plan of care. You will also assist with procedures, coordinate care, and act as a liaison between specialists, patients, and clinical staff.

Requirements: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced APP who can thrive in a dynamic environment. Candidates with ICU experience are preferred, but we will consider alternate experience with extensive critical care nursing history. Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
