Clinical Coach ED Position Opportunity

Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a skilled clinical coach to join our team at LifeBridge Health in the Emergency Department.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Orient and educate new nurses on our unit-specific protocols and best practices.
  2. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  3. Develop and implement customized training programs for orientees.
  4. Maintain open communication with orientees, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as an RN in the Emergency Department.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a reputable institution.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in Maryland or a compact state.
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.

Salary Range:$38.20-$59.21 per hour, depending on prior experience.
