Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with insurance providers to resolve unpaid Radiology claims.
  • Prepare and submit appeal letters for denied claims.
  • Track accounts to identify and manage outstanding debts.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in medical denial management, including government, commercial, and managed care insurance, as well as personal collections.
  • At least three (3) years of experience handling Medical Denials.
  • Strong understanding of collection methodologies and billing practices is highly desirable.
