Biomedical Sciences Professor

We are seeking a highly qualified Assistant/Associate Professor of Biomedical Sciences to join our faculty at New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYITCOM). The successful candidate will be expected to build a research program in neurodevelopmental or neuroendocrine research and work to attain external grant funding.
Responsibilities:- Teach in the College of Medicine, as required.
- Build a research program as a core member of the Biomedical Research Imaging Innovation Center (BRIIC) initiative.
- Participate in departmental and college service activities.
- PhD, MD, DO, or other comparable doctoral degree.
- Strengths in cardiovascular, cancer, and neuroscience research, with experience in adult human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) research, iPSC-derived organoid research, and neuroendocrine research.
- Experience in Magnetic Resonance Imaging for basic research is preferred.
