Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications to patients under the supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN, maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Present medication to patients and observe ingestion or administer medication using specified procedures.
  • Take vital signs or observe patients to detect response to medication, reporting reactions to the care team.
  • Restock medication inventories to ensure seamless care delivery.
