  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the drink menu and standard offerings to guide guests in their choices.
  • Adhere to the established standards of service and operations within the bar and restaurant.
  • Enhance food and beverage sales by being well-informed about cocktails, spirits, and menu specials.
  • Accurately take and process orders using the Micros system, ensuring proper timing and billing.
  • Prepare guest checks and handle payments with precision.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all bar equipment and areas.
  • Ensure the bar is consistently stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Follow safe food handling practices and maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications
  • Preferred two years of experience in the foodservice or hospitality sector as a Bartender.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine; experience in a luxury hospitality setting is a plus.
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol.
  • Exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and local certifications related to food handling and alcohol service.
